Great central location. Reception staff were very helpful. Parking in the hotel garage worth booking. Room was in annex across the road but that was fine. The room was excellent with a view of ancient church wall and beyond.
The underground parking was quite tricky and it might be helpful to advise room in annex so no need to take cases down steps to reception and then up steps again to street and annex.

Location LOCATION! Right in the middle of everything.
You have to purchase an additional reservation for parking. It doesn’t not come automatically with your reservation.

The property is adjacent to the cathedral with beautiful views from our room widow. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the hotel is keep up nicely. The property is very quite and close to everything.
The property is up on a hill and we didn’t know about the “back”road route to the hotel which would have avoided the stairs. We had to climb quite a lot of stairs with our bags to get to the hotel lobby to check in. He king out and going downhill or via the paved road was. Icy easier.
We also don’t spend a lot of time in the hotel room when we travel as we like to be out enjoying the city. However, I use the room to shower, dress and sleep. It is always nice to have a decent bath/ shower towel which this hotel did not.
The air conditioner was a must and did the job to cool the room down during the hot July month. The hotel needs homage / clean the air intake filter and the a.c. Unit ma6 have worked much better.

Wonderful position overlooking the Cathedral.Good breakfast.
Car park very difficult with large Volvo car, so narrow and had to help my husband manoeuvre the car out. No lift from car park into hotel and had to carry suitcases up a lot of steps across the road. We are pensioners. Very small bedroom . No bar.
