Très reposante halte avant de reprendre à de reprendre la route

Localisation parfaite à Gérone qui au demeurant est une ville intéressante à visiter. L’accès au parking souterrain directement par l’hôtel est un véritable +. L’hôtel délivre tous les services qu’on peut attendre. L’entretien des équipements est de bon niveau. Et la salle du petit déjeuner est très agréable. L’hôtel offre par ailleurs trois gammes de de restauration. Le personnel est compétent et agréable. En résumé c’est une halte parfaite sur le retour entre l’Espagne et la France.

Located in the center of Girona a short walk from the old town. Rooms and bathroom very comfortable. Nice bar area and on-site cafe for breakfast.

Clean and convenient - good choice for exploring Girona!

Friendly and efficient check-in process - they were even able to check us in one hour early. Bathroom was fresh and spotless with a large shower and nice bath linens. Bed was firm and extremely comfortable. Room very spacious by European standards. AC functioned well, nice high-speed WiFi. Easy walk (5-10 minutes) to old town Girona, plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Very easy / short walk from train station.

Rooms facing front of building could be noisy due to street traffic. Otherwise, no other significant complaints!

Good centrally located hotel with restaurant and bar aimed at responding to guests needs.

Spotless room. I didn't have any meals in the hotel, nor did I partake of the minibar. The location was excellent and a short stroll from the train and bus stations. It was also a short stroll to the central tourist attractions e.g. Cathedral, bascillica, jewish quarter, castle walls, river

The Smart TV was confusing. It kept flashing up some sort of notice. Initially I thought it was a pay to view TV but on phoning reception found it to be free to view. That notice was a bit of a pain but I didn't spend long watching TV anyway.

More attention to the guests

Spacious and nice room - similar to photos on booking. Comfortable bed and pillows selection! very nice bed lining. Nice and spacious bathroom with comfortable switcher of the light(per zone).

Our room (322) was in front of the door of housekeeping storage, so at 8:30 they started to use it and it was very noisy. After we made this comment to reception, for 1 day it was silent. No tea bags were refilled after we used the ones. It was my BDay and there was nothing in the room to congratulate (some small detail like a chocolate, bottle of water with a congrats signature would be very much appreciated). I’ve spent my BDays in another 4 star hotels and they were more attentive.

Lovely hotel in heart of Girona very quiet location

location was good, hotel very nice . breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful in the breakfast room

bar closed early on a Sunday at 9pm which was a shame

Short stay in hstoric city

Good located - close to the train station, walking distance to Old Town. Nice breakfast - fresh orange juice :) A big plus for umbrellas for guests - it makes difference when it is raining :)
