Free upgrade to a room with a balcony as the lock on our door wasn't working. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smells of lemon balm throughout. The breakfast was Fabulous with fresh fruits, english breakfast, so much to choose from. The pool on the top floor provided welcome relief from the heat. Handy supermarket opposite the hotel and a mini fridge to keep things cool. Would definitely stay here again.
The location was a 25 min walk from the old town. If you are travelling with kids then you might want something closer. No biscuits with the tea. Not enough milks provided for tea making facilities.

Very clean.
No duvet just a duvet cover on bed. A light throw was in the wardrobe, but i wouldn't use this as i am unsure about the cleanliness of anything in the wardrobe. Very strange. Bar is not open until 7 pm in the evening. We were there at the end of September, and the pool was closed for the winter. If you used the rain shower, the whole room got soaked.
