La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel se ve de primera calidad. La habitación nos encantó, y las vistas desde el balcón son lo mejor. Están muy bien insonorizadas las habitaciones. Cuando dormíamos, escuchábamos únicamente las olas del océano, fue una pasada. Teníamos incluidos el desayuno y la cena, y la verdad es que la calidad era muy buena, exceptuando algunos zumos del desayuno. Camareros del buffet muy atentos y simpáticos.
También probamos el circuito de spa: 1 hora por 9€/persona y tenía diferentes duchas, sauna, baño turno y bañeras de hidromasaje. Y la piscina infinity está muy chula.
Por decir algo que no nos gustara, diría algunos zumos del desayuno, que no estaban muy allá, y la persona que nos atendió en recepción a la llegada, que fue bastante sosa. En cambio, a la salida, la atención fue inmejorable.

-Large variety of food in all-inclusive and super tasty fresh cocktails. We had thematic dinner that changes every night, which was amazing!

-Pool towels available with 20€ deposit and can be changed every day for free
-Spa was really small and saunas not very hot to German standards, so we would not recommend it
-The hotel guest are mostly old people and entertainment is aimed to them
-Safe in the room has to be paid extra
-Parking situation during midday can be problematic. Hotel has own parking places but they are quite expensive and we didn’t use them

The hotel itself is clean and nice and has a quite beautiful view to the sea. The room (Top Floor Premium) was clean and nice. The staff is making efforts generally speaking, but seems poorly trained and badly organized.
The surroundings are very sad and industrial: only crowded buildings and a lot of cement, a few very outdated shops with the cheapest products in the so-called shopping center in front of the hotel. Nowhere to have a pleasant walk, nothing to do except for lying on the crowded terrace of the hotel. At the restaurant, too much staff and they are chatting loudly all the time, either ignoring the customers or suffocating them with useless interventions. We left after only 2 nights (we paid for 9 nights in a Top Premium Double Room, the most expensive one), and the reception staff had a very unprofessional reaction, though we didn't even require for the rest of the money back. They were totally unreactive when I said we would leave sooner. Not only they didn't ask why, but they were literally pretending not to hear me explaining and seemed to only want to get rid of us as fast as possible. They were not busy with someone else at the moment. I don't know if this attitude was due to their poor English skills or to the fact that they are used to disappointed clients leaving much sooner than planned. However, it was an important financial loss for us and a big disappointment, so a minimum of politeness would have been normal. We left because the strong calima winds were making the stay impossible: dust everywhere, impossible to breath, to keep the windows open or to do any activity outside. This is of course not the hotel's fault, but a natural common phenomenon in the Canary Islands that we were unlucky to experiment during our holydays this time. But even without calima, we would never go to San Agustin again. There are much more beautiful places on the Canary islands and even in Gran Canaria one can find better.

Location is perfect. Nice promenade to walk for hours. Right on the beach. But also, hotel have 2 pools ( smaller one heated). I enjoy my sea view room and sound of the waves during the night. Food is great. People smiling and helpfull. Also, across the street shops.....and weather is great.

Very good, everything I would want and more, the food was lovely, including gluten free bread available on request. They would make you something GF given a few hours notice - I didn't use this option as there was plenty of choice already. The staff were great, they listened, and discussed any issues we had.
Some days - the busier days, they could have done with more staff on.
The choice of wines available on the all inclusive option was very poor- basically just the (very indifferent) house wines. There was however a good voice of spirits and cocktails.
Apparently this was all cost and supplier led . I have to admit I was disappointed with the wine choices.

Breakfast was very good, chef made omlete for me ,,unfortunately it was under cooked and I could not eat it...otherwise,,everything was excellent.
Tea and coffee facilities in room..had paper cups first few nights, no coffee, milk provided. Then, on 3rd or 4th night got real cups but no milk,,decaffeinated coffee only.Also,no bottled drinking water provided in room once the 2 initial bottles were gone

What a great place to relax and tune out the world! The location is perfectly situated above an excellent beach, while also situated above the beach for people watching. The staff was incredibly hospitable, upbeat and made for a comfortable stay.
I wouldn't say we didn't like it, as the food at Las Burras was exceptional. However, we were uncertain as to the relationship between the resort and the hotel. While we were able to enjoy a meal at the restaurant, it became clear there was a unique 3-course menu for resort guests (who were on an all-inclusive plan), other what other patrons received. In fact, once the waiter found out we were on a resort package, he swapped out our menus. It made us feel a little second-rate, in what had been a first-rate experience across the board at the resort up to that point. To be honest, had I known this before sitting down, I would have gladly ordered from the regular menu, including a preference of wine and paid whatever the bill game to.

Everything was perfect. The room was big with a fantastic view (I had chosen the room with sea view). The food was excellent: so many things and great quality. The staff, service, and facilities were impeccable. The staff was always helpful and kind. It is a quiet hotel, perfect if you want to relax. It has direct access to the beach. The pool has a fantastic view on the ocean. This was one of the best hotels I have even been. There is everything that you need, very professional but also a relax and familial atmosphere. I could not recommend it enough.

Best location in San Agustin. Very calm and relaxing. Only the sound of the waves can be heard at night.
Good food, so happy and friendly staff at the restaurant. Every breakfast and every dinner was a pleasure thanks to this.
Here’s the problem. This hotel has such good potential but the experience easily gets ruined by the reception staff. Not one smile or cheerfulness at all, by anyone there. Also very unapologetic for when something goes wrong (like when the room isn’t ready in time…). Overall unhelpful and poor communication skills. As a new guest, you need to find out stuff on your own.
This was the only negative aspect of the stay, but it has a big impact.
The wi-fi was unreliable and often not available. Apparently this was normal. Nothing they could do about it.

Location, Staff, View, Super close to a really nice beach, Value for money
Water leaking under the door in one of the bathrooms; Somehow most of the beds in the hotel are twin, not queen-size - that's uncomfortable; After the two days of light rain, one of the hallways was somewhat damaged and became smelly.
Don't get me wrong - these are all minor things. All in all, this is an excellent hotel, highly recommended!

we are in our mid 70,s and have been all over the world and in every aspect this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at staff were great it was so clean it was unreal and the food was to die for and it is right on the beach
