Amazing views and location

Not enough sun beds - you have to get up early to get one
Air con could be better - especially in the lobby
All rooms should have a nespresso, we had a level room as an upgrade but the coffee facilities were dire! We asked for a machine and it never came!

We loved the Level lounge even though we couldn’t drink on this trip. The rooftop during the day was quite busy and the pool a little small but we loved the main pool and had the daybed which was really nice but the rooftop area was lovely in the evening for dinner. The view from the room was stunning and we would def book this room type again. We will def return.
The room itself needed hooks for towels & robes and there was no vanity space for toiletries and whilst the mirrors were large there was no dressing table to get ready I joked that it was def a man that designed the rooms 😂. This wouldn’t put me off returning but def needs a mention.

The views were amazing and round the pool was super relaxing. Room was nice and air in the room was very good.
The bed mattress was very poor. Probabaly the poorest i've slept on in any hotel. We did ask for a topper but that did nothing. Its far to firm and felt cheap. Pillows were great. if you in a expensive relaxing resort, you should also be getting a great night sleep. Both nights i felt like was sleeping on the floor. I've come home and my back is still hurting.
