The breakfast is fantastic and it’s a lovely walk along the beach to the separate restaurant. The hotel staff are wonderful and so very accommodating and the hotel feels very new. Housekeeping are also absolutely brilliant!

The only issue we had was that we booked a ground floor direct pool access room and we were allocated B101. While it’s a great room size-wise (the shower is amazing!) it’s right next to the hotel bar and reception, so it’s very noisy and overlooked. There’s also zero shade until around 4pm and no parasol option. The ground floor pool is open to all so it’s weird having people come and swim up to your terrace while you’re out there… The hotel was generally quiet between 11pm (when the bar closes) and around 6:30am when the reception / housekeeping team start their days, but otherwise it’s really noisy and busy with all the people coming and going, which isn’t really very relaxing. That hotel room isn’t particularly sound proof either, so we were woken early every morning. We’d absolutely come back to the hotel again but we wouldn’t want to stay in the same room and would request to not be allocated that room.

the rooftop service was mixed. often no towels or water despite repeated requests. also for £400 a night there should be complimentary water in the rooms

No complaints to report. All aspects were of the highest order. Courteous staff, excellent room, breakfast, infinity pool. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the Marina, boutique shops, Santa Eularia itself. Have visited Ibiza on numerous occasions and have always resided within the Santa Eularia location,

A wonderful hotel in a quiet, peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from the marina/town centres bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the reception staff through to restaurant and chambermaids. Breakfast was delicious with plently of choice and both pool areas were lovely with sunbeds always available. Lots of nice little touches including the complimentary snacks and drinks provided late afternoon. Our room was bright spacious and spotlessly clean. Already planning our next visit. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for us.
