The rooms were spacious, and came with a large balcony. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner were fine. There could’ve been more options, but there were sufficient options to have a nice meal. Beer and wine were included during meal times. The beach was nice and very easy access from the hotel. Both the family outdoor pools were nice.
There is a rule that no towels allowed to reserve deck chairs before 9:30 am in the morning. I don’t think they should be allowed at all. Anyway, from 7:30 am in the morning there would be towels hogging the deck chairs, and not always wore the people present during the day. This was very annoying and didn’t make it easy to find a deck chair, let her know more than 1.
Whilst the evening entertainment was very good, The Lion King show as an example felt like a local theatre show, they all start at 9:15 pm. For a family hotel, this was unusually late.
I’d say this is a 3/3.5* hotel - not 4*

Location was great! Beautiful beach, perfect for families.

We traveled years ago and the quality of the food and drinks has decreased a lot in comparison.
The All Inclusive plan do not include all types of drinks.
The service room for cleaning tried their best, but the balkons and overall the room was not good clean.
