Location & friendly staff, cleanliness
Being on the ground floor , we experienced a lot of mosquito bites . Also the entrance to the property was very dusty & hard to manoeuvre the cases

The comfort of the room and quality of sleep; the variety of food at breakfast.
Despite the hotel is built in front of the sea, there is no beach and the access to the sea is not easy: umbrellas and sunbeds are located on a concrete platform or on the lawns near the pool, that is not a large one.

The views are nice and it’s close to Santa Eulalia
It is way overpriced for what it offers. Everything is old and unkept. The hotel needs a very serious renovation. It is such a great location, they need to upgrade everything to make it justice
