Property manager took care of my needs. Since the bathtub was small and cramped and tight I asked him to put a grab bar on the wall and I know slip floor mat which he did immediately.
The sleeping arrangement totally uncomfortable. The pictures they showed was of a king size bed or at least a queen but this bad they supplied was a twin bed for two people luckily they had another bed single bed in another small room which I had to sleep on. They had a kitchenette but it had no salt or pepper and the knives were like Chopsticks they weren't at all Sharp. This was a two-story apartment and getting up to the bedroom,washroom area it was slightly treacherous for seniors and finally the shower area was very tight and hard to get at. It consists of a very small bathtub which you had to straddle over to get out of. It was slippery and unsafe to get in and out of.

Really spacious duplex, comfy beds, reasonably well-equipped kitchen including capsule coffee machine, large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. Terrace was great for breakfast, even in April. Warm welcome from staff. Short walk to Rubi train station on S1 line.
Shame the pool wasn’t open out of season but we knew before arrival. Car park spaces a little tight for our hire car. Would be good if the hotel could make it possible to recycle rather than put all our kitchen and other waste into a single bin.

What I liked was that they cleaned the room every day, so we didn't needed to Say upp. Good temperature in the room, a plus that there was a fridge.
the breakfast was not good at all there were not many varieties to choose every day was the same. no vegetables, no pancakes
the staff there were also not nice at breakfast.
