Excellent value, hotel staff really care about doi g a great job. I’ve stayed many times and love it. Prefer it to the Victoria.
The booking and reservation is handled by the corporate office of RV Hotels and they are terrible! The worst service and didn’t seem to care. BUT, the hotel itself is lovely and if you contact the hotel directly they provide excellent information and service

My stay was lovely and the staff both at the front desk as well as the spa were incredibly nice and attentive, but the standouts during my stay were MARIO and JARA, the staff members working their in-house restaurant. They were warm, attentive, funny, and one can tell they really enjoy their jobs and having positive interactions with guests.
I wish I had been told or suggested during my check-in to reserve any meals I was planning on having at their restaurant in advance. As I did not have the meals package included, they did not account for me dining there and were unable to accommodate me one of the nights of my stay.
My room was also incredibly small, but well maintained and very clean.

This is a beautiful little old town with a rich history. It is surrounded by fields. Soft beds and clean rooms! Friendly staff
We were put in a twin room... but we planned a double..The room was smaller
