The spa was nice and we had it to ourselves for 1.5hours. The staff off-site were nice and helpful. The village is so lovely and the atmosphere is pure, which we loved.
Bedsheets smelt like dog, because previous customers sat on the bed wet and it soaked and stained the mattress topper. Then the smell came up and through to the bedsheets. I let them know and they changed everything for us. The bidet was disgusting, it straight up wasn't cleaned, and they had two opportunities. The buffet breakfast was alright for the price, but the coffee was terrible. Maybe a four star hotel could invest in slightly better coffee as it's vital for most people to start the day right. No staff on site was a bit meh, and the only vending machine wasn't working. The air conditioning wasn't the best in the room. When the steam room was being used it sounded like an airplane taking off in our room for the whole time.
