Alt i alt et dejligt ophold på et fint hotel med en skøn stille beliggenhed.

Et dejligt overnatningssted, hvor der var og er meget stille. Lejligheden var helt perfekt og lå rigtig godt mod poolområdet.

Restauranten kunne godt friskes lidt mere op idet der både til morgenmad og aftensmad ikke var duge på bordene og mange “skramlende” træstole, når gæster kom og gik, ligesom når personalet kørte ind i stolene med der oprydningsvogne. Til morgenmaden bør brødristeren flyttes væk fra, hvor gæsterne står og skal skære brød ud - alle står og fylder og venter. Efter et ophold på 14 dage kunne man godt ønske sig lidt ændringer i morgenmadsudvalget og måske også et blødkogt æg i weekenderne.

Relaxing week at Sol Sun.

Great location. Food quality and choices were great. Friendly restaurant staff. Amazing pool and Terrace area.

No indoor bar and very little entertainment in the hotel in evenings. ( maybe time of year)

A great short break. We have been here before so knew what to expect and we had another great time

The location is great for the beach and nice restaurants. The room has everything you need and the beds were comfortable. The staff are very helpful

I will not choose this hotel again!

In fact nothing !!! because they gave me room with COCKROACHES!!! And other things are not important anymore because my short holiday time was damaged. They changed room but it does not matter in fact because their attitude speaks by itself.

Very poor accommodation.

Staff was great. Great location as well.

Very poor accommodation. I never had such a bad experience with the Hotel and Booking.com We paid the accommodation thrue Booking.com and when we got there everything was very poor. Advertising 3 star Hotel but I don't think deserve more then 1 Star. Probably was 3 star some years ago. The rooms are very poor , beds and mattresses very dirty, sofa bed in my opinion you can find better on the streets. Smell bed Inside the rooms and all over the place. You can feel the canteen small from basement where we had the rooms up to second floor . Food ?? Nothing, very poor. We have checked at February 17th and we have checked out same day evening at 10pm after we managed to find another accommodation. We got the money back on 18th April, after two month's with at least 20 phone calls to Booking.com and 15 calls to accommodation. I definitely not recommend this accommodation and definitely last time with Booking.com. Ps. Staff and management very friendly.

A rather disappointing place to stay

An excellent position near the seafront and beach, near restaurants and bars. the pool area was good.

A labyrinth of corridors leading to the rooms/apartments, it took several days to remember the way. Beware that many of them, and balconies face a road, or a wall, or gardens with no privacy. Ours faced a road of parked cars, with drunks walking past late at night. However some rooms had beautiful views of the sea. The room and furniture and bathroom was very 'tired', the mini kitchen badly designed. No cupboards to store food, and they were 5 ft off the ground.

It was everything we hoped for.

The hotel was very convenient. Having the rooms as apartments, with a small kitchenette is really handy. The rooms were really clean with plenty of room - we had hired bicycles, and there was enough room for them. The rooftop terraces with sun loungers was excellent, with great views of the beach and the mountains. There was also a nice pool, with a small poolside bar/coffee hut with tasteful modern music playing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of just about anything you might want. The location is right by the promenade, surrounded by all the restaurants and shops. The taxi rank is right there, and the shopping centres easy walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor, so the "balcony" was right on the promenade. This was fine with us, but if you want more privacy it would be worth asking for one of the others.

Fabulous !!

From beginning to leaving, everything was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. The apartment was on the beachfront yet central to all amenities, i.e. shops, chemist and restaurants.

The hotel was a great base for our cycling and going out in the evening.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were all very helpful.

There seemed to be no life around the hotel. The bars were empty. It felt lacking in atmosphere. Our room on the bottom floor felt a bit like a prison with the wire netting around the patio. However these comments shouldn't detract from excellent clean accommodation in a superb location.

Good location and value for money, but nothing to write home about!

Superb location, good breakfast buffet and sundeck area spacious with, if you choose that part of the area, a nice view of the Fanabe beach. Bed and pillows were comfortable and balconies spacious.

If you choose a studio it’s located on the ground floor, I was told after the fact, without any mention of it on the Booking site. The studio I got was located right next to the beach walkway, with hair braiders and purse salesmen right next to the fence separating the studios patio from the sidewalk. I felt very exposed and unsafe, and ended up paying extra for an upgrade to another and better located apartment. That apartment then had a bad smelling bathroom (not constantly, although I never found out what made it better or worse). There’s no way the cleaning staff didn’t notice this. My solution was to keep the bathroom door closed as I didn’t spend that much time in the apartment anyway. The kitchen cabinets are very sparsely outfitted. E.g. no wine or beer glasses. So if you plan on really using the kitchen facilities you might be disappointed. I like my coffee simmering hot, which is far from what the coffee maker in the kitchen could deliver. You can pay a deposit for a safety box, but the downside is that it is locked with a key, and not a digital code, which in turns means you have to keep the key safe.

booked a sea view studio - got a pool view studio (with distant sea view) had to argue this point with reception. Moved to a sea view 2 days later, which meant that we couldn’t fully unpack.
