Great Location short walk down to the sea.
Great Pool and lots of seating options

Friendly Team
Food was terrible mainly too cold, buffet style. Lots of options but terrible quality. We have been before but definitely gone downhill, I would suggest B&B rather than Half Board
Allergies are not understood.
Entertainment was good for kids but not for Adults however lots of entertainment nearby

Good location, very large hotel, the buffet served more than enough options by far, I am not one who likes a bland buffet and even I found lots of good, high protein, well seasoned meals, one night they had a delicious paella. Nice roof top pool area, was happy with the room as well.
I don’t have any complaints, noise in the room was quite loud due to thin walls but what can you do it’s life

Easy access, very nice facilities all round some staff friendly others not so much but that’s anywhere would stay again. Close to the beach-ish great shops across the road
Was a cockroach first night had to call twice for someone to come up (I know that sound dramatic) that’s me clutching at straws though everything else can’t really think of a flaw, they sent someone up to my room but the cockroach went under the floor board so they gave us a spray for when it came back out so overall I feel it was handled great for something that couldn’t be avoided really.

Room (Room E058)
Positive - Mattress and pillows were comfortable but not keen on two singles making a double. Clearers came in daily. Shower was vert powerful. Had a safe in the wardrobe.
Restaurant (food / drinks)
Positive - standard all you can eat buffet, themed nights for dinner, lunch and breakfast the same food every day. Beer, wine, sangria and soft drinks included during a meal times, no spirits. The staff are very attentive with getting drinks and clearing plates and re-setting the tables for the next guests. You could get drinks from 10:30-23:30 at various different bars. including soft drinks, unbranded spirits, coffee/tea, beer, wine and selection of 4 ice creams / lollies.
Swimming pool
Positive - multiple pools across level zero and five with one being heated, which got quite busy. We had no problems getting two sunbeds together at any time of the day, €10 cash deposit per swimming pool towel which was refunded once the towels are handed back at the end of your stay.
Location
Positive - great location with less than 10 minute walk from the hub of Fañabe. Fañabe market is on Thursdays and Saturdays again around a 10 minute walk. Two minute walk to the bus stop to get the free bus to Siam Mall or Siam Park and the titsa bus stop where you can go to other towns. Great places to eat nearby include The Pantry and The Sisters. Also Rita’s bus from adeje bus station €3.40 to airport or taxi €35

Negative - no negatives about the staff
Location
Negative - the only negative I can think is other facilities like bars and restaurants are downhill which means there’s a relatively steep slope to walk back up to the hotel.
Swimming pool
Negative - we did find that at the bottom of the pools, there were bits of debris like sand which was uncomfortable on the feet and we also found some loose / broken tiles or uneven wooden slats around the pool with raised nails which could be dangerous if kids are running around. On the rooftop pool around the kids shallow pool there are lots of birds a swoop and land nearby which can be a bit off putting when trying to relax
Restaurant
Negative - sometimes the dinner hall can get very busy and cramped which means it’s like feeding time at the zoo. Outside meal times, all drinks are served in 250ml paper Pepsi cups which isn’t the most environmentally friendly (I would advise bringing your own plastic cup if you would like to have larger drink)
Room
Negative - The room was dingy, only had bedside lights and standing lampshade, no ceiling light. The shower temperature was very temperamental. Small adjustments went from scalding to freezing. Our room was at the start of a block, which meant when people walk past, it was quite echoey and loud and prevented us from sleeping on a few nights of the week. Our room was next door to pool bar which meant the door was being slammed early/late and all through the door, sounds like a fire door every time.
