The hotel is amazing, we have stayed here a number of times and its always been brilliant. The new booking systems for sunbeds and meals worked really well too

Hotel is spotless, good facilities,entertainment and location ,staff were excellent.

Choice of fruit juices and coffee could be better.

Location was excellent, staff were really nice, especially Mary on reception who allocated us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. Entertainment each evening while sitting out under the stars with a drink ar Christmas time was very nice.

I wasn't mad about the food, but then again, we don't really like buffets, in fairness they refunded two nights dinners

Check in. I pre checked in online. May as well not have bothered. Was same process as if I hadn't. Asked for double room. Got a twin. Pressed the receptionist as to why the room was wrong. Was told it was not guaranteed. I asked to be moved to a double and was. Reception: On the 3rd day of my stay I was left a message to go to reception. I went. Confronted by same person as at check-in. Was told I owed the full amount of the holiday and should have paid ron arrival. I wasnt asked at check-in. I am used to paying on check out. I paid anyway but the approach and the implication was annoying. Restaurant: Don't leave any plate unattended for more than 10 seconds else it will be removed by over efficient waiters. All a bit military Generally staff were not that friendly
