I would stop here again but not over the bar as it was too noisy to open the patio window.

Its location and its cleanliness

The property was ok but our room on the front was above tanyos bar and it was very noisy from 2 pm until 11 pm at night.

Nice stay

location, pool area.

The people staying in the apartment on the next floor above us, were really loud, dragging chairs and something late into the evening. At the same time we were going to bed.

Excellent and cosy

Lovely spacious, modern and clean one bed apartment at Sunset Harbour.. Huge patio and good views. We are diamond resorts members so have stayed before but had to pay to top up a week in Costa Adeje adding 3 nights at Sunset Beach Club close by as there wasn't anything available with our membership

Lovely hotel

Rooms are specious, and AC is good. Big fridge/ freezer. We had 1 bedroom apartment, the bedroom separate from the sitting room/ kitchen. WiFi average same as in most hotels. Sofa bed is very big in sitting room. Very secure. Safe is free of charge. Self laundry, washing machine and the drier, 5 euro per wash and 4 euro to dry clothes. Lovely apartments, 2 swimming pools. Good location, beach 5 min walk. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

It's a big resort, so it involves a lot of walking( depending on which block you are in, a lot of stairs).

Für uns hat es gepasst, wir kommen wieder.

Die Anlage ist sehr ansprechen und schön gemacht, sehr zentral, Küchenausstattung sehr sauber, das Bett (Klappbett) ist doch sehr bequem. In ein paar Minuten am Strand.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer könnte moderner sein. Da es rundherum Hotels hat die Abendunterhaltung anbieten, ist es Abends recht laut.

Fabulous 4 days in the sun.

Apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. Nacho, manager was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Complex had a relaxed community feel. We will definitely return!

Mooi appartementen complex op een goede locatie.

De locatie is perfect. Je zit dicht in de buurt van de hoofdstraat. De zwembaden zijn mooi en goed onderhouden. Het feit dat je het gevoel hebt in een soort dorpje te zitten in plaats van een hotel complex. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toegang tot het complex tot de studio is met een pasje.

Een paar kleine dingen die tegenvielen bij deze studio. Een mooie balkon, maar de installatie voor de airconditioning was op het balkon zelf. Dat was niet echt prettig want daardoor werd het ongewenst te warm op het balkon. Ook was er een onderdeel van de airconditioner stuk (de waaier die heen en weer gaat). Verder is het belangrijk te weten dat deze studio een Zweeds bed heeft. Dit staat ook aangegeven bij de informatie. Maar dit betekent dat je wel het bed omhoog en omlaag dient te doen.

Es mi lugar de vacaciones familiares favorito del sur de Tenerife desde hace años. Sunset Harbour es garantía de limpieza.Hay un esfuerzo de la compañía en ir modernizando los apartamentos, la piscina principal está reformada y es segura para los niños.Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. El menaje de cocina completo y hay hasta lavavajillas. Resuelven cualquier avería rápidamente. La atencion del personal de recepción y telefónica es impecable. Son profesionales pero cercanos en.el trato y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Si tienen apartamento libre, te dejan entrar antes de la hora y puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones aunque hayas salido del apartamento. Y se agradece el silencio de los usuarios también. El respeto al espacio común más nórdico se agradece.Realmente, me siento como si estuviera en casa.

Tendría que haber un espacio donde poder jugar con los niños. No se permite ni una pequeñísima pelota en la piscina y se aburren. Las toallas podrían ser más grandes. El sistema para tender la ropa suele ceder y no es práctico.

Wonderful.

The staff were excellent along with pretty much all facilities. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and really clean. The pool was brilliant and the on site shop and restaurants were incredible.

I felt there could have been some evening entertainment. Especially for the children.

Enjoyable stay

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly knowledgeable staff and the pool area is fantastic and we liked the sunbed booking system.

Only thing would be the enclosed outside space, no sunny balcony with our room.

Great location staff lovely bar one man on at night Went into rant about tourists taking over he went on & on we only wanted a taxi 🙈 Which we never got Only down side don’t like the pool booking system

general layout out of the whole complex and drinking water on tap

being in the ground floor had a problem with mosquitoes. Had to spray every time we went out. Had to keep the patient doors closed. stayed here many, many times but have always had a higher floor. Already booked for December

1 bedroom apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything you could need while on holiday , sea view from the balcony and pool view from the bedroom . staff were fab especially the Scottish lady on reception

great location- great staff but disappointing having the experience with cockroaches and renovations which started for 2

the location- the staff were excellent and the room was modern and well appointed.

the room we had was visited very often by cockroaches which did not help our experience at all. we were there for 3 weeks! The apartment next was being fully renovated which led to much noise and perhaps the reason for the cockroach invasion! we should have been told about the renovation work taken place before we arrived- as we might have went elsewhere.

The staff and rooms here were amazing, couldn't fault a thing. Close to everything, the staf really couldn't do enough for us.

The pool rules were a little strict. But we understand that they have to keep to rules. It kept the place chilled but some older kids may get bored. No balls no inflatables unless it was a floating aid

Excellent place

The location was very good. Two minutes from the beach and all the restaurants and activities. The apartment had everything we need in the kitchen, bathroom. It really feels like home.

Very good

The apartment was incredibly well cleaned and the personnel at the reception and at the restaurant very kind. I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

There was a black cockroach in the bathroom.

Great accommodation in a fantastic location for a great price.

Fabulous property in a fantastic location, punches well above its weight. Staff were outstanding, everything is in walking distance as well as being fully catered for on site.

Could be difficult to get a bed by the pool, but the resort do their best to manage this, on-site mini market could open until later (8pm 😊)
