Very attentive, huge selection of food, took all inclusive further than most hotels, great amenities
I felt that a bonus would have been a carton/bottle of whole milk in the fridge instead of a variety of fizzy drinks. It’s a family hotel and lots of toddlers drink whole milk. Which you could only find in the morning.
I also didn’t like that most toddlers wake up so early, and all soft play, pool, baby centre didn’t open until 10am. I feel 8am would be more appropriate. It was tough keeping my toddler occupied for hours in the morning after an early wake up.
I also felt Dobi the dolphin mascot could have made an appearance in the day too, even one day for the afternoon for toddlers who go to bed early around 6.30pm.
So I felt I missed out quite a bit. I feel the soft play should be split for young kids and older kids so the toddlers get to have a go in the ball pit etc.
If this was changed I would return and recommend to friends without a doubt

À proximité de tout. Personnel au top. Animations variées au top aussi
La nourriture très anglaise et peu variée. Manques de plat canarien/espagnol étant dans le pays.

L emplacement ..
La bouffe est sans goût.. on a pas aimé l animation… la porte côté mer se ferme très tôt ( 21 h) ..
