Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice available. only issue was that i found it to be cold when you sat at the table to eat any of the cooked food. on the plus side the coffee is delightful. and I loved the yoghurt and fresh fruit station.
I am gluten free - I didn't see any gluten free bread
The pool area is immaculate, and the staff are so friendly.
location of the Hotel is excellent for access to everything. Even a short walk to Las Americas or a taxi ride for around €5
Excellent - Air con in the room which was great in the 30° heat.
Tea coffee option in room
Fridge with chargeable Mini Bar. I didn't use the Mini Bar but I did use the fridge.
I didn't see any Gluten free bread or gluten free signs
Hot food was always cold
Room was quite dark - even with light on

The club facilities were excellent
Pool area very good
Our room. I booked a preferred club junior suite with ocean views, however the room was very dark with no sun and we were hard pushed to see the ocean. Also we had a leak in the bathroom for two days, and on three days our bed was not turned down
