Great location, lots of markets and a shopping center nearby. Pools and slides are amazing.
Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Lots of tables inside and outside.
Rooms are super clean. Housekeeping works great.
I didn't like that people were leaving towels at 6am to reserve sunbeds and don't show up until 4pm. Throwing a towel on 2 sunbeds shouldn't be allowed. There were no staff to check these.
A nice gluten free sourdough bread would be nice, especially for breakfast. They had gluten free packed bread but it was interestingly sweet.
I definitely would like to have a coffee machine in the room even you don't provide the coffee pods.

The location was super nice, at the sea. The kids swimming pools were great for our 4 year old son. All the pools were heated. The food was tasty and varied day by day which was great. The selection of snacks and beverages was also good. All the hotel staff we interacted with were super nice and polite. Everything was very clean. We really had a great time!

I paid for a room with a direct ocean view, but received only a partial side view. On top of that, there was loud noise until 3–4 AM coming from a nearby bar with karaoke, making it impossible to rest. The front desk staff felt arrogant and overly focused on upselling extra services, including an additional fee just to use the in-room safe. The room condition was unacceptable: damaged furniture, visible dirt, and hair found in the bathroom and even on the shower door. Overall cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a hotel charging nearly €300 per night.
