Me and my wife liked the location a lot and the hotel facilities are great. Really like the cleanliness of every space and our room being cleaned every day!
Food was also great and quality and the different themed dinner every night is great!
Then only detail is the room that we got was more close to the bus station so we could hear quite often the beeping of the busses however no trouble sleeping as they stop at night.
Beds could also be in some rooms as double beds rather than 2 united. Also when we made the check in, we found the receptionist not very nice towards us, maybe she just had a hard day.

I already left a rave review last year. This year, everything was wonderful again! It’s a great hotel with a convenient location near the bus station (it’s easy to get there from the airport and then travel around the island, including to Mount Teide), close to the best water park, Siam, and just a 5- to 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff is wonderful—best wishes to Elizabeth and Stanislav. We opted for half-board again—the food was delicious! It’s clean and the staff is polite. And it’s really nice that they wish you a happy birthday.

The location is perfect and the bus station being so close meant getting around the island cheep and easy.
The room was perfect, comfortable, big and clean.
The pool area was lovely and plenty of loungers.
Food was good, still unsure about when food is available though and feel lunch needs improvement.
Drinks were very watered down.

The location, the food and the cleanliness
This is a hotel that does not allow smoking anywhere in the hotel and you are sent to the furthest point outside of the hotel building if you want to smoke- this was not obvious when we booked. Also no inflatables, no music and your all inclusive band is removed when you check out - even if your flight is later, this left a bad taste for this hotel’s we arrived at night and therefore should have been allowed lunch.
