Maravillosa

Desde q te reciben en la recepción se palpa la amabilidad ,profesionalidad y el respeto por el usuario.Gracias por el detalle para conmigo el día de mi cumpleaños q lo supieron por los datos de registro, una mencion muy especial a Victoria en el restaurante, Desde luego repetiremos y os recomiendo de todo corazón.

Jól éreztük magunkat.

A fekvés, környék, a kedves és sokoldalú animátorok, a testedző foglalkozások, a hatalmas ételválaszték.

Nagyon zavaró az egész épületben a hideg fény, ami az olcsó neon korszakot idézi. Ma azonos áron kaphatók a melegfényű izzók, a világítás cseréje egyszeri hosszútávú beruházás, egész más a térélmény a szobáktól kezdve az recepcióig. Hiányoltam a tetőteraszt kilátással.

Zimmer top! Mit Balkon und ruhig 5-10 Minuten zum Strand - perfekt Frühstücksbüffet riesengross und sehr lecker, allerdings etwas wenig frische Früchte

Frühstückstaum - sehr kalt und eher Kantinenmässig Allinklusiv Gäste….. Liegestuhl vorreserevation usw; hat uns nicht interessant, da wir den sauberen und herrlichen Strand bevorzugten…

- The location - very close to the beach - They have a private parking (10€/day) - The breakfast - The staff was very nice

- The rooms are old and need repair, the bed was squeaky. - Very noisy, music all day long. On Friday they stopped the music after midnight. - The rooms don’t have any sound insulation

Exceptional

The staff were great, offering a lot of activities. The pool area is also large enough so if you're not interested in them you can still relax. The location was also great, you can walk everywhere.

The rooms were getting close to needing some renovations. It was common that people were reserving benches for hours without being there, leading to a lack of benches.

Good value for money, great food options

Great breakfast and dinner options (included vegetarian and vegan). Staff were attentive and welcoming. Lots of parking and close to the highway that gets you quick to the rest of the island. Room was clean. Nice evening animation. We spent most of our time outside the hotel.

Wifi in the room (3rd floor) didn’t quite reach. We had to used data. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so we took turns to charge our phones/gear.

Excellent in every way!

what a stay! there were 17 of us and it was a brilliant trip. hotel was close enough to bars, restaurants etc without being too close to be noisy. the pool and the entertainment (and I’m not someone who usually engages in holiday entertainment) was brilliant. staff were lovely and friendly, invited you to be involved but weren’t pushy if you didn’t want to. Thank you Ole for such a great trip! breakfast was lovely too and catered to vegans and GF

Great food, amazing staff and great location

The food selection was excellent with lots of choices for all. The room was huge and was cleaned every day. The staff were so friendly and had many different fitness activities and great entertainment every evening. The location is 10/10 near bus stops, near the strip, near the beach and a short walk from Siam park.

It says on Booking.com there is a 'minibar' however it's just an empty fridge you can use and no drinks are put in there for you to have.

The car i rented from a hotel affiliate. Otherwise rest was good.

Staff, Pool, Food Ok.

Large Groups of Young Men! ( & Women) Breakfast closed at 09.30. Room needed a bit of TLC. The Hotel is described with Sea View ( Which we had on Top Floor) but it leads you to believe it’s on the Seafront ( which it isn’t)

Overall a much enjoyed holiday of 2 weeks at the Ole Tropical.

We were all inclusive. Very pleased with choice of food and quality offered and it was warm or hot. Lovely warm pool. The staff. Very clean throughout the chambermaids did an excellent job.

Seeing a drug addict in reception was a complete shock he was completely delusional and hysterical until police took him away. The poor reception staff had to endure a long time awaiting the police over his screaming "someone is going to kill me!!" There is no security during the day so he was allowed to jump the wall to get in and roam around. They need 24 hour security (they have security at night) an absolute must. The "suite" was basic the "furniture", cheap plywood, the sofa bed worn out and uncomfortable, the rooms look tired the flooring well used, in need a refurbishment but fully understand with the loss of income due to Covid but now sold to Iberotel a subsidiary of the giant TUI with deeper pockets to invest wit Apart from that you have say all the staff and entertainment team were fantastic so friendly ,polite and willing to help. It is the staff that would make us return.

food good staff where brilliant as well especially Powell and nikola and sheila met the manager who was sound as well. overall great location central to every thing good heated pool plenty sun loungers just make sure your up early enough to get the towels down on them cause the 1 2 sun bed reserve crew are up sharp.

could have done with a bit different variety on buffet always was kind of the same food for my 9 day stay the sea food options were nice though plus the traditional Spanish food. also enough plain food for the non adventurous type

Great food and friendly staff. We did not use the services of the hotel, We made trips around the island during the day

Terrible beds. We were supposed to have a double bed, but in the whole hotel there are only single beds pushed together. They have wheels so they keep moving. Sleeping on it was bad...

50th Birthday group of ladies

Staff were amazing very friendly and attentive and so involved in making the guests stay a memorable one. The facilities were excellent, great food, superb value for money lovely pool and the option to upgrade to all inclusive for a very reasonable price
