Was good

Really good price for stay , nice staff :) amazing rooftop pool 🏊 love it .

My card from room didn’t work coupled times , so i did need to go to reception and reset the card , this happened several times and found that quite irritating. Also there was some builders doing job which they started quite early. Super noisy.

Who knows

Nice swimming pool and fitness centre. The food at the restaurant is not bad. Staff at the restaurant is very helpful and very kind. Café to rest inside the hotel.

WiFi connection is not available in all the bedrooms. The staff at the front desk didn't make any effort to deal with it. There is no park place inside the hotel but you can find a free one just cross over the street if you find a place.

Big machine with no charm and equipment outdated. Very noisy in my room.

Close to the town, but you have the music all night, absolutely no noice insulation. General equipment outdated. No parking.

Szuper szállás

A szállás nagyon szuper. Nagyon finom, változatos a svédasztalos reggeli, valamint a vacsora is. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A medence, a napközbeni programok mind tökéletesek voltak. Tenerife gyönyörű.

Nem volt ilyen. Minden tökéletes volt.

Lovely place , too long to check in and got woken up by drilling at 9 in the morning

Great hotel already looking to get booked up again:)

Great hotel for location,cleanliness and facilities. Rooftop pool is great aswell as the basic pool downstairs. Breakfast is also spot on with a big variety of food from fresh meats to fresh eggs and baked cakes. Our second time staying here and we will be sticking to the oro negro:)

Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, access to the rooftop pool, varied breakfast, reasonably priced bar, nice big corner balcony, spacious and regularly cleaned room, most staff were very friendly and helpful.

A male member of staff did not know how to handle a medical emergency and was not helpful. This is something all staff should be have training for.

Fantastic

The beds where amazing aswell as the aircon! The breakfast Buffy was fantastic and all and all overall great vibe lovely pool and pool party day was fabulous

Glad I only needed to stay the 1 night.

Location and breakfast was decent.

My room was very dirty. Walls, wardrobes, lamps and ceiling full of dust/cobwebs. Plug sockets hanging out of the walls. Air conditioning unit is only a fan, not cold air.

Our second time here but will be our last , mediocre food and 0 kid’s entertainment.

Kid’s entertainment was non existent, We had 2 under 12’s and there was at least 5 kids consitantly and was told it wasn’t worth it.

A nice hotel

Everything was great, we liked the breakfast, there were a lot of choices and it was tasty. The room was clean and big. Even though we had arrived early around 1pm but we'd checked in immediately but the check in time was written 3pm. The location is good and nice, also quiet, you don't here the noise of clubs, cafes and bars. It has a pool, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it but it was quite big. Staff was very helpful and nice. Thanks !!

The internet connection wasn't stable and slow, we were on the 9th floor, it's good close to reception, I can't say about other floors

Superb

Brilliant shower. Very comfortable bed. There was a good choice of food for breakfast which was fresh and tasty. Location is OK, not far from the beach and bars and restaurants close by.

exceeded our expectations

fantastic facilities, staff were excellent especially anika who tended to all our needs. it was my partners birthday so we were upgraded to premium and they even decorated the room with balloons and a free bottle of Prosecco.
