As the regulate quest more than 12 years..... we are so satisfied with HotelTroya... from the reservation to check-out procedure :)
the pool side panoramic rooms and fresh grilled nice fishes are our favorites! THX for everything

Location on the beach.. 5 min drive from most tourist attractions.. lots of supermarkets and mcdonalds on same road .. nice swimming pool.
The shower temp was always either too hot or too cold. Food was poor. Not much choice for vegetarians

Very clean, the pool area has plenty of space, breakfast was lovely.

The hotel has a beautiful adults-only relaxation area, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. It is a great place to unwind in a peaceful atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet our expectations. Most staff members were friendly and tried their best, but communication was difficult because English was limited outside the reception desk.
The food was also disappointing. There was enough choice, but the quality and taste were only average.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities and potential, but improvements in service and dining would make a significant difference.
