The room was very nice, cleaning staff did good. The food was nice, you can always find something good on the “menu” and with kids it’s a big plus that they can eat when they want during the day. The outdoor zone was clean and nice and very comfortable. The staff was nice and polite - overall a really pleasant stay and we enjoyed it
The main thing we were disappointed with was the entertainment during the day. The animation team were not very visible and the schedule almost never to count on. When you have kids (who are to old for miniclub) the entertainment during the day is very important. They just skipped doing a lot of things that were on the schedule or they did not do it at the right time so you could never know for sure what’s going on during the day.
Another “minor” thing is the gym - on the door said it cost 10 euros for gym session. In a hotel on this scale it’s strange to pay to go to the gym. So we skipped that part entirely
But overall a really nice stay and we would recommend it

Wonderfully clean hotel with the most amazing kind and friendly staff. I ended up staying a month.
The food was great.
It's walking distance to the hospital and the beach.
Only thing which was disappointing was I had to pay to use the gym, as it isn't part of the hotel.
They don't do pack lunch either.

Large comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast, large pool.
In block C very poor wifi, had to head towards reception for connection.
