Everything about this hotel was absolute perfection. The staff were exceptional and professional, the food was fresh and tasty, every part of the hotel was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the pool was cool and refreshing, the room was spacious and clean. Every single staff member was helpful and accommodating. The staff at this hotel must be commended for their hard work. Staff at breakfast, at the reception, at the spa, those who cleaned our rooms and left chocolates as a little treat. This has to be the best hotel we have ever been to!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay! If anyone is contemplating staying here, a little bit further out from playa de la Americas, do it. It’s completely worth it. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the main centre, or you can get a taxi. This hotel is worth it. Trust me.

Very quiet hotel with excellent facilities - room over looking the garden was very spacious and had plenty of storage / hanging space. Grounds were peaceful and the pool excellent for swimming or just floating about. Catering facilities were top notch with a fabulous dinner service, pool side restaurant and breakfast buffet. Spa facilities also excellent
We were looked after very well by the staff.
Only minor issue (and understandable), non playing guests are not allowed to walk the perimeter of the golf course (health and Safety) - something that we have enjoyed at other golf resorts. We walked a circular route around the hotel and back through the town instead
