Staff were excellent. They meet and exceeded every expectation we had of them. When we had an issue it was resolved immediately. The hotel offer you towels for both the pool sunbeds and showering in the rooms. There are plenty of water fountains throughout the complex so you can refill water bottles. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
There was no way of keeping the two beds in the main bedroom together. This meant every time my wife or I rolled together we often ended up in a crevice between the two single beds. My wife also would have liked hanging space for her dresses!

The resort is beautiful. The pool was warm and clean and the areas around the pools are perfect. The drink and food options were varied and mostly delicious. Our kids loved hanging out in the pool but the activities are geared towards a younger audience. The game room was a big hit for our teens.
The rooms themselves are quite dated and aren’t the most well kept. No fans in the bathrooms so there was quite a bit of mold in there. The beds were comfortable though. Also if you have picky eaters, be prepared for your kids eating fries for every meal.

The resort offers a variety of delicious breakfast. The location could not be any better. One can reach the center (las Americas) by cab in less than 5mins. All the good restaurants are within 10mins reach so this convenience we loved.
Our experience with one of the breakfast staff was very very bad as he was so rude. We chose a table for 4 of us,however, we realised soon that we were in the middle of a queue that was constantly forming to collect the toasts and coffee. So we decided to change our table (before beginning to eat)to less crowded area( many tables were free) but to our surprise,.this staff, seemed like a manager, came shouting, asking us to not change the table. It was very embarrassing and we felt very unwelcomed at that point. He could have been polite as we weren't arguing or refusing to do so.
*Other thing which was frustrating was that, only one person can shower at a time. The second person after will have to wait for 30-45mins to be able to have a hot shower. And probably more if its a peak time.
Nobody wants to spend 2 hrs waiting to get a shower on a holiday ! And this was conveyed after I went to the reception personally as the phones in the rooms weren't functional.
Tenerief has so many good resorts and in this competitive field, this resort did not give us a sense of "customer first".
