The resort is beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Our room was modern, well decorated, and looked like the online photos. It had everything we needed, great housekeeping daily, nice toiletries, plenty of towels and well stocked mini bar
The grounds and common areas are well maintained and again very clean. There is a varied entertainment programme in the evening but plenty of quieter space options if that's not your thing.

Staff were attentive, helpful and kind everywhere. The number of staff was great, we never waited too long.
There is a variety of food and restaurants and the food was 8/10, sometimes even 9/10.
The hotel was clean in general.
The program for kids and parents in amazing. There was always enough space at the pool or beach.
The rooms are a bit outdated, just refurbished and mostly do not look like advertised.
Our room was turned to the road side and the doors are pretty bad insulated so we heard every car and truck all the time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent, the facilities were great, and there was so much for the kids to enjoy. We truly felt that every detail was taken care of.
We had a fantastic family vacation, really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely love to come back!
The only thing that was a little frustrating was the pool chair situation. It took us a while to understand why it was so difficult to find available chairs in the morning, until we realized that some guests wake up very early and reserve them by leaving towels, even when they are not actually using them. It would be great if the hotel could find a way to manage this better.
We also would have appreciated a few more shaded areas and sunbeds with shade near the beach and sea.
It would also have been nice to have a more spacious and practical wardrobe, especially for families staying for a week or longer. There wasn’t quite enough storage space for all our clothes and belongings.

Staff were amazing, the best by far, views and external were nice
Website makes resort look a lot better, I believe the rooms need a lot more improvements, the gym was very poor, just doesn’t scream luxury as promoted on website
