Overall had great holiday - but think it was a bit over priced.
Great that there is a beach bar and you can get drinks on the beach - not so reat the beach bar lady very rude (alina - seems to only be nice to the non all inclusive people that have to pay).
Sun loungers super comfy and sturdy - if you can get one - proper sun lounger war - people out at 6am or earlier dumping stuff onloungers to 'save' them. We got two lungers once in the whoe week and only cos husband sat on one after he couldnt sleep at went to gym super early.
Food good. Most staff great. Location great. Super comfy beds.
Lack of sun loungers round the pool - people putting towels etc on them at 6am and leaving them for hours. People taking full lounger for toddlers - families with 4 small children taking 6 loungers.
A few bar staff rude - the beach bar lady!
Entertainment poor.
Pool towels often thin and frayed.
Shower room available to use on check out day - great. But dirty and no towels.
Smokers at bar / loungers / next to pool.
Mostly clean - but not great attention to detail, soap/shampoo dispensers brokena dn coated in old product. Noisy air con in room but at least it worked!

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were spotless. They resolved minor technical issues very quickly. The evening meals were good. The pools were clean and well maintained. The sea was clean, and the beach was not crowded; it was peaceful and relaxing. They upgraded our room before our arrival.
The hotel was quite windy due to its location. The sea had a rocky shoreline. The breakfast was average and could have been better. The only issue we could point out was that we saw some cockroaches in the garden in the evenings. We informed the reception, and they said they would arrange pest control immediately. In my opinion, this seems to be a common issue across the island.

All in all a fantastic stay and the staff really make it. They’re all absolutely excellent and make you feel so welcome and looked after. Food was amazing so many choices and all the wines, beers and cocktails were perfect.

Pool area and view. Just amazing.
Birds nest with bird droppings and flying birds outside door in corridor. Kids were terrified! Was told it couldn’t be moved as was “natural”. They should have at least cleaned droppings!
Food very poor. Limited selection and lukewarm. Came from another 5star hotel that was vastly superior regarding food. Also met someone at the pool who was unwell with gastroenteritis which made us worried. They told the hotel who didn’t take it seriously. Also ants in room. We asked housekeeping to deal with it but it continued.
