From the moment we came , we felt welcome.
It is a old building but clean and maintained .
Super good massage at the beach.
We stayed at the beach mostly , always free sun-beds there

The staff at the reception was amazing, very helpful. Every problem we had was solved immediately. The sea view was nice and the pool area also. Coffee and drink also nice.
The cleaning crew was not good at all. The biggest problem are the glasses and cutlery in the dinning room. Please replace them, they are old and not cleaned well. In total the hotel needs a renovation since it is old. New kitchen would be also nice since it smells when they cook meat. All in all I think it could be good but it need a lot of improvement.

Most of staff are nice
Not clean at all . Food is not fresh .
We barley found something to eat, although we saw people with full plates .
Sorry for my review . But this place needs to be renewed and cleaned better.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
No hidden fees, transparent & everything was included. Kids club was great.
Wasn’t very luxurious for a 5* hotel. The entertainment was poor. Food wasn’t great. It was below expectation for a 5* hotel. I didn’t like the competitive atmosphere amongst other customers for sunbeds. The hotel had a policy of no sunbed reservations but no one was enforcing it. The room was clean but I had to ask for hand soap and the mini bar was empty upon arrival.
