The staff were wonderful, super patient with us as we had so much requests. They relentlessly and cheerfully supported us to have a better stay.
The food and the variety offered were amazing. I was shocked at the quality of the food.
The rooms were great in size which meant more comfort for us.
The village is huge and there are so much to do for kids, which again was perfect for us. There are 3 pools, they are all suitable for kids of all ages. My toddler loved the little pools. There is also playground, kids open buffet, and loads place for kids to run around - couldn't pick a more perfect place for kids really.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie. Jedzenie różnorodne, każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie. Baseny duże i są cztery, dla dzieci w porządku. Blisko do morza.
Łazienka. Łazienka bardzo stara, zardzewiała wanna, no kiepsko.
Komunikacja z obiektem przed pobytem również nie należy do udanych (do dnia dzisiejszego nie dostałam odpowiedzi na wysłane przed pobytem zapytania)
Basen ze zjeżdżalniami był niedoczyszczony, woda w nim była zielona i metna (w porownaniu do pozostałych niebieskich, czystych basenów)

Tolles Personal, vom Zimmer Service bis zum Chef, alle waren nett und hilfsbereit. Jeder hat sich maximale Mühe gegeben. Für die Kinder war es ein Traum, tolles Animation Team!
Die Anlage ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird vom Personal recht gut Kompensiert

I checked out and forgot my skincare products in the bathroom. I went to the reception desk to ask, but they replied, "Nothing was left in the room." I was really unhappy with this answer because I was sure I had left something and where.
