I stayed in the resort for 7 nights and it was an amazing trip the resort was beautiful the facilities were close and the weather in the beginning of September was great. The staff were very friendly and the food was great.
We had two issues with the resort. The room cleaning was not as you expect as we always made complaints regarding the room cleaning. The second issue is regard the medical center as in my case my daughter had a slight fever I just wanted them to check her but the nurse was no helpful at all he did not even check my daughter and directly wanted to send us to a private clinic. When discussing with guest relations they mentioned that these two points they recieved the same complaints from other customers.
My only recommendation is to try and renovate the rooms.

The hotel staff were very helpful and always tried their best to provide us with whatever we needed. I also really liked the layout of the resort, as everything was within a short walking distance.
The beach was very nice, and the pool was clean and well maintained. I especially liked that the à la carte restaurants also served as snack restaurants during the day. There was no need to worry about making it to the main restaurant at a specific time, as you could always find something to eat whenever you wanted.
Overall, we really enjoyed the convenience of the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff.
The main restaurant has a wide variety of food options, but unfortunately, the food is not tasty enough. The quality and taste of the food could definitely be improved.

The sea and the cats around the place
I didn’t like the service. The room cleaning was quite superficial, and I didn’t find the food particularly excellent. The curtain was dirty, the walls were damaged, and overall, the room did not feel as clean and well-maintained as I expected. The pastry area was very poorly stocked during the day, so there wasn’t much to choose from.Whenever we took a shower, water would leak onto the bathroom floor, and we had to use two towels every time just to absorb the water.
