The reception staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful with everything I needed — they even helped me look for a train on the day I left.
The location was absolutely perfect, with everything just a few steps away, and the room was exceptionally clean and tidy.
Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but everything available was very tasty. The hotel isn’t particularly luxurious, but it offers very good value for the price, especially considering the excellent location.
I would definitely stay here again. Great service, excellent cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.
The only thing I would improve is the bedding. There was mainly a thin sheet rather than a proper blanket, which may feel a little unusual if you’re used to sleeping with something heavier.

Clean, great location
Rooms are tired and need updating. Staff is civil and does their job but not particularly friendly or helpful. Don't seem interested in providing customer service.
