Breakfast was excellent buffet. Room was great size and good facilities

No cleaner turned up for the room until day 3 of 4 The walk in shower sprays everywhere making it very dangerous and slippery unless you put towels on the ground and then run out of them. Everyone staying at the hotel bags sun beds with their towels very early in the morning, I never did this and so had to get a sunbed myself from around the back of the block. I never managed to find the life guard to help me. The staff on reception were a little dismissive and negative. Evenings I ate out with friends elsewhere and the mornings after breakfast I visited friends, so I often did not turn up to enjoy a couple of hours by the pool until around 1300/14.00 and had to ask for a towel from reception and the receptionist would say I had not asked for a towel at the correct time, so she would leave me standing waiting for a towel in reception for 40 minutes on one occasion.

Super clean, modern - staff were exceptional, gardens were beautiful. Food was fantastic

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Place is spotless and meals are varied and plentiful

Sun loungers are in short supply. People are basically putting a towel down at 7am. There's not enough space for all the apartments. They would be better putting a roof terrace facility in place.
