ottima soluzione per chi non vuole essere in pieno centro

posizione ottima (a 100mt da una fermata metropolitana con linea gialla/circle) e staff molto cordiale e disponibile

realizzato in uno stabile storico presenta comprensibilmente alcune lacune (per alcuni dettagli servirebbe più modernità) dovute all’età

It was my third stay in this hotel and I would definitely come back but hopefully we will stay on the second floor again

The location is just top! I cannot complain about it. Also the staff is very friendly and prepared to help.

The pressure of water on the fourth floor was terrible, it was impossible to take a shower because water almost didn’t come from tubes … also the room neeeds a bit of love and care and maybe new painting. It would be nice if door didn’t let the shine from the corridor into our eyes, we fixed it with the blanket. I stayed on the second floor before and it was much more comfortable. Once the cleaning service left our window open and we found it at 10 PM, it was freezing outside!

Great location and clean place. The staff was nice and friendly.

Our aircondition didn't work the first nights. A refridgerator would have been really nice to have.

Location Possibility to buy water and soft drink at the reception.

Wifi as if it was completely absent, I couldn't even open my email. Rooms and furniture quite old. Hairdryer very old and unsafe. It used to get visibly incandescent, before automatically switching off after few seconds. Only one towel provided for both face and shower.

Wouldn’t return; poor wi-fi and not clean.

The staff were friendly and it’s location was good for my purposes.

The wi-fi connection is atrocious. It isn’t very clean. It’s not worth the rate they ask for at all. Whoever owns it would want to wake up and start putting time and effort into the place.

Great Location and Friendly staff

The location was fantastic for our visit to the royal Albert hall, it was also close to a tube station and the staff were really friendly.

We were really happy with our stay and don’t have any negative criticism

Nice place in a great location

Love the location. Very close to Gloucester Road tube station, which can get you almost anywhere in London, staff are helpful. The room size is big enough for 3 people considering the location. Safe & quiet neighbourhood, Tesco extra is just a block away, and the bus stop is just at the end of the street.

Love everything abt the property, the only setback is that the closest tube station doesn’t have elevator or ramps all the way from platform to entrance level (elevator only half way) so if carrying big luggage or family with toddlers will have problem climbing part of the stairs

Disappointing

Close to the tube

We received a very ugly room on the ground floor but it felt like it was a basement room. Was glad to only sleep one night there. It was very very uncomfortable.

Not a great stay, would not return

Location was great and near to the tube

We arrived late in the evening so it was dark. The room was fine but the bathroom was not clean, there was an old heater plugged in shoved behind a wooden bedside cabinet that looked like it should be condemned! As I was with a child this was turned off straight away. It was noisy all night and especially from 7am with bangs and things moving around. The staff when we checked out never asked if our stay was ok and just took the card key off me with no words.

Great location - near tube but still on a quiet street.

Good location, very near the tube station, but still on a quiet street. Had a room away from street, so very quiet. Didn't hear any noises from other guests either. Comfy bed.

Very cold bathroom. Very noisy heater. Wish the hotel had served breakfast, simply because it is nice to go to breakfast room without having to step outdoors, but there are of course places nearby where you can sit down and have breakfast.

Cheap for the location

Very friendly staff and quiet. Cozy duvet. With coffee and tea facilites.

All together it looks old and not very clean. Bed and pillow was too hard for my taste.

Average stayed, good for a night.

I wish the bed and the pillow are comfy but not. room also bit colder. I stayed here in Oct. Staff was really friendly and super helpful. Location is great just step away from the station. stay here one night and that’s all. average stay but thumbs up to the staff that is super helpful during my stay.

Not great other than the location.

The hotel is conveniently located and not too expensive. The staff were able to provide information regarding the local surroundings, such as the nearest pub and supermarket. The heating worked very well.

The room was advertised as coming with breakfast, but upon check-in I was informed that no breakfast was available (which borders on fraud and false advertising). The wi-fi connection was also extremely slow, and almost seemed to be running of dial-up. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was not great, but was just about passable.

Excellent Choice for a lady alone

Location is perfect! Front desk exceptional ! Friendly and helpful . Coffee milk sugar and electric kettle in the room : exceptional to wake up! Safe area … near underground and restaurants. They keep your luggage if you arrive early or if you have checked out .

Much better than expected, as we had picked the hotel based on a reasonable rate for the area.

Room was beautifully clean. The hotel was quiet at night. The staff on the desk were very helpful. Plenty of places nearby for breakfast & a Waitrose very close by. Close to the Royal Albert Hall where we’d been for a concert.

Water in the room I say this about most hotels!
