We had an excellent stay at Hotel Xenia. Great location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, and a clean and lovely room. We have already recommended it to some friends who are planning a London trip for later this year!
We were there for eight days and they generously accommodated an early check-in, helped us move rooms easily when we realized we needed more space, and even helped re-route a package that we had previously scheduled. It's very close to Earl's Court station and walking distance to so many wonderful neighbourhoods.

The Hotel Xenia was able to accommodate me last minute when another hotel had some cleanliness issues. I'm SO glad I made the switch. I stayed for a week at Hotel Xenia, and the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and the tube. I also loved being able to walk and run through Kensington Gardens with ease. Make sure to take advantage of the breakfast attached to the hotel! Some of the best baked goods I had on my trip.

The thing that sticks out most about this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. Smiles everywhere, and on several occasions went above and beyond. Small but comfortable room, but in the heart of London, you shouldn’t expect any more space.
