The hotel is very well situated close to Earls Court tube station, within 5 minutes.
Staff are extremely friendly & helpful, couldn’t fault them
Property is extremely clean & comfortable.
Very happy with the property. Only small thing I would point out is the shower cubical in our room was small. We were two ladies staying so no problem, a large man may struggle. Room 203. We will definitely use this hotel again 👍😊

The staff were so lovely and friendly, we had a few nice chats and they were very accommodating. There is a lift in the hotel as well. Everything is as pictured in the rooms, it was great value for money and in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to Earls Court Tube Station which takes you on the district and piccadilly lines, and about 15 minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Museums. The room was a reasonable size, everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was very nice, despite being a little small.
No issues, it was the height of summer so the room was a little hot without aircon but the fan was very powerful.

The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spotless. We were delighted that on our second day the room was tidied and tea/coffee facilities replenished. Excellent location close to shops, bars and tube stations. Quiet location too.
The hotel met all our needs and there wasn't anything we were unhappy with. If I was being very picky I'd say the beds were small sizes of single and double and not the comfiest but I appreciate the space saving element. No air con but fan was provided.
