Spent 9 nights in room 13 on the top floor of The Knaresborough. First off, brilliant location, less than 5 minutes flat walk from Earls Court tube station. Correspondence about accessing the property was excellent and right on time and pleased about the lift to the top floor. On arrival the room was very clean and bigger than it appeared on the photos with a very nice and large outside patio area and seating. Everything you could want was in the room and the fridge is always useful. Bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower, in a bigger than expected bathroom, very nice indeed. Plenty of glasses and bowls etc, cannot think of anything we needed that was not there during the stay. In summary, a super place to stay for even a longer than usual break.
Nothing not to like. If I was going to be really picky some more hangers in the wardrobe would be nice, but that is a very small point indeed.

The location was perfect for us as we like to stay in that part of London . The patio / balcony was big and the best part of the composite apartment
The TV took a bit of time to be fixed as we were in during World Cup matches , which was a bit of a disappointment .

The location was great with a tube stop down the road and a 3 mins walk, with local shops and cafes/bars
The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle. The pillows were flat and need replacing. The shower was uninviting. We got a basement room which was dark and gloomy. There was building work going on in the room opposite which woke us and noisy neighbours above. No staff to complain to.
