Enjoyed our stay here!
When we came to check in was told that they only had basement rooms available unless we wanted to wait - when looking for hotel rooms I purposely didn’t book some hotels as they were windowless rooms so opted to wait.
The lady behind the desk seemed a bit dismissive and over her shift, she told us to sit and wait and would let us know when our room was ready. She left her shift and did handover and then I went to check with the man who was now on the desk and he didn’t know we were waiting but that was all sorted and the rest of the stay was good!
Was a bit nervous after that first interaction
Would recommend this hotel, nice and peaceful - bathroom was slightly dated but functional and room was nice, bed was comfortable.

First of all, the staff is fantastic! The service and the approach and spirit among all the staff was extraordinary! People like Kaif and Palaki are so nice and friendly. Breakfast were very noce and tasty and location is perfect!
We can recommend it to all!
