Good breakfast, nice location and good spa facilities.
Shower in room was weak. Some of the staff were not as friendly and welcoming as others.

The facilities are lovely, and the Spa is very welcoming.
The pub next door serves a wide range of food.
The only issue I had was the lack of a bedside plug which I needed to use for medical equipment. But of course this is specific to me.

The character of the hotel and the jacuzzi bath was amazing.
The Spa became a little over crowded.

Location, building and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful too.
Our room had no shower gel or shampoo in the shower. The shower tray did not drain and nearly overflowed. Only just enough toilet roll. The shower room ceiling desperately needs attention and the shower room light neatly doesn't come on (starter i guess) meaning I couldn't wash or shave before leaving for home. The pub could do with updating too.
