The staff was amazing, very welcoming. I had a lot of questions knowing it was my first time in London, to which they responded very well. You have a lot of stores and restaurants around
But the cleaning was very brief or not even present. The only thing was that, they rearranged my bed and that’s all. No new towel, no new sheets and especially, I had to kill a cockroach (which I let there on purpose to see if they would clean up, and they didn’t).
This is not about the hotel itself but the people, are so loud. At 2 am I was hearing deep conversations between the people, because they don’t realize that in the hotel there are other people.
