The staff were friendly, the rooms & reception were clean. Gaining access to the rooms was smooth. Transport links are close by and the location is ideal to shops etc.
The lighting in the room is just a little bit too dark I think they need to have brighter lighting for the main lights in the bedrooms. We've stayed a few times in different rooms and it's alwYs quite dark.

Looked nice from outside.
We stayed in the basement, no natural light. Strange lay out of room - sink in the middle, sliding door to left for toilet, sliding door to right for shower and wardrobe. Had to brush teeth and wash hands in what felt like the kitchen sink.
Breakfast was not worth paying the extra that we did, for what was a pastry from the front desk!!
One staff member on desk was very friendly and helpful (a female) the gentleman not so friendly!
