Great location, close to the tube and the river surroundings were very pleasant. Room size was good
Breakfast was included which was nice but was absolutely chaos in the mornings. Staff didn't always come across as most pleasant. Some of the bathroom features were quite outdated.

Breakfast was ok, location as well - almost on High Street. Room was fine in size for two people, the double bed was comfy. Neighbourhood is pleasant, especially during the day. It is quiet at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is an underground and a bus station nearby which connect you easily to the main London locations.
There is no fridge in the room. It was a very hot July and we missed a fridge to cool our drinks. The hotel building wouldn`t mind some renovation.
