Staff were fantastic! Location is super handy, litteraly next to the tube station.
None for me, but If you have mobility issues ask for a ground level room as no lift.

The hotel was conveniently located near to the railway station, Westfield Mall and for the Shepherds Bush Empire, a music venue we were attending. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to store our bags as we had arrived too early for check in. Tiny bar and seating area in reception, which we did not use. Our room was on the small side with no view, but adequate for one night. The bathroom was clean and modern.
Wifi was poor and bed quite soft for our liking. There were no food options, so extra budget needed for breakfast at cafe nearby.
