-The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the room was not like we had booked, so we told them and they gave us another, bigger room.
-The room was basic but good enough.
-We could leave our luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out.
-There are several bus stops and underground stations within walking distance.
-The road is quite busy and there is a police station nearby which causes noise (sirens).
-There weren’t that many cooking supplies provided and also no kitchen towels, but enough for some basic cooking.
-Some places were a bit dusty.

Top floor mini-studio had well appointed kitchen. Plenty of local restaurants and shops.
Long walk from underground. Was not told I was on the top floor which meant climbing several flights of stairs with bags.
It was dangerously hot - a red weather warning on national news and over 30 deg C. The room got very hot - the top floor was the hottest. Opening the window and using the floor fan provided had no effect. Staff apologised and said they would provide another fan but nothing came.
I also asked for an iron twice and they said it would be provided but again, nothing came.
