Very Clean and Comfortable room at a very good price. Useful ammenities such as Kettle, TV, Fan and Mini Fridge/Freezer. Healthy/Doable walk from Hammersmith Station.
Definitely recommended for short stays!
Not very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Staircase is quite treacherous, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage up the floors.
When we arrived, there was no one at the front reception. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be check into our room. Front door was left propped open when staff were not present.

I didn’t like that it didn’t feel like a hotel. That it smelled of mildew/mould. That laundry (whether clean or dirty I’m not sure) was sitting in random hallways. That extra space in random rooms had storage in it and mattresses were in hallways. No light in the hallway outside our room on the top floor (at least 4 flights of stairs).
