Es un hotel muy especial, decorado con mucho gusto (me encantó) y bastante bien ubicado. Es entretenido que esté en los pisos superiores de un bello y típico pub inglés. Muy agradable experiencia a un precio bueno.
No tiene escaleras y me ubicaron en el último piso, y aunque soy atlética, se hizo pesado subir a mis 61 años con maletas.

Upon checking in to the hotel we were a bit early and expected to wait for our room to be ready, what we didn’t expect was the rudeness of the man who greeted us. When asked for my name he seemed to think i was lying about my name considering they got it wrong on the details (claiming my first name was both my first and last name) then asked us to wait for the room to be ready which of course was fine but made us feel very unwelcome as we waited in the pub area, not once smiling or just talking after the payment was given.
As said before the room was fine (that was mainly due to the great cleaners) but as we began to unpack and check things over, we noticed a lot was wrong -
TV didn’t work properly (my partner called down at the desk and left a message to have it checked but no one got back to us) in the end we had to find the sky box and restart ourselves, in the end the tv did work but was surprised no one bothered to listen to the message we left or check up about it.
The water pressure in the shower was the worst me or my partner has ever dealt with, was ridiculously low and thus made the shower take longer.
Breakfast was not included even for the room price being so high (that’s even taking into consideration its in London)
One thing ill also add is when we left we took the toiletries with us (granted that wasn’t the smartest thing to do but thought nothing of it as they had been used prior and some close to empty anyway), as we were travelling home i got a very passive aggressive call from a staff member, ive been to many hotels that don’t seem to care about it but this hotel demanded we pay for the products (that were already opened before we arrived to the room), i then suggested i send them back….once again i see that taking them was cheeky but the attitude was not needed.

Attention to detail in the room . great facilities and comfy bed
the person on breakfast duty just didn’t seem to care or do his job . we were just left to fend for ourselves, not given a breakfast menu and had to ask for everything. really not good service. maybe an off day ?

Close to tube station.
The pub looks really nice inside, as well as the Hotel building.
The room was comfortable, clean, the bathroom was well equipped and comfy as well.
Room was cleaned daily.
The party in the cocktail bar placed in the basement, bar is owned by the hotel. Horrendous noise till 2 am is unacceptable for 200 pounds per night. As if the bed was in the middle of the dance floor.
Noise isolation poor anyway. The street is in use at night too. And the windows don't isolate well.
TV didn't work, but it wasn't a huge issue for me. However if Sky is offered it should work, there was no signal. The radio didn't work as well.

The hotel was pretty good as I expected. Location is not far from the underground. Room was quiet big with all the necessary staff: shampoo, soap, cream. Also coffee and tea was included in the price.

the restaurant was excellent - room was clean, spacious. proximity to both city center and heathrow a plus, especially for someone just flying in...staff was very easygoing, professional. pub hotels tend to have a lot of moving pieces so its tough work and really appreciated this.

The Hotel is located in a great area, with a big supermarket just 2 minutes away.
The Room was very clean and organized and it was nice they always put us some cookies and coffee which was very nice.
We had a Room on the upper floor with no elevator so we had to climb our way every time we went back to the hotel.
The shower had some issues with the water stream, but nothing serious.

Nice hotel, nice staff, very good food for breakfast and dinner at the pub, good location with easy walking distance or easy access with a bus to two tube stations and a big bus station.
No lift. We knew this when we booked so we asked for, and got a room at first floor and the staff helped us with the luggage up and down, but we found the stairs difficult to walk as we have bad knees.
Slightly annoying with loud noises from emergency vehicles driving outside and quite loud outside on Friday night until one or two o'clock because there is a bar in the basement below the hotel.

Breakfast (breakfast is superb) and the pub of the Hotel were excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated.
Wifi/ Internet could be better. I am missing Oatly, but I am very specific if it comes to my coffee…

Room was good.
Breakfast was very poor. At 8:00AM start working on the building so it was impossible to sleep a little more. Service at dinner time took to long to be served. Need to ask to be served several times.

The room was well-decorated, and the amenities were very nice. The location was about half an hour from the city center and very quiet. The restaurant was also good! Food is very good for a nice price. Overall, I would stay again.
The place was a bit short-staffed, so it sometimes took a while to get ahold of people. The curtain in my room had also come a bit loose, so light kept coming into my room. I tried to contact the front desk to fix it, but there wasn't enough staff on-hand, I think.

Ideal location for travel plan, close to supermarket, downstairs pub is great, and interior room design is excellent!
If you suffer from insomnia, you will want to close the window overnight as it is facing the busy road.

The bed was very comfortable and being able to choose your room temperature is a real treat. Having the option to have breakfast downstairs was very nice, and the neighbourhood is lovely.
The walls are very thin - we could hear everything in the bedroom next to us (early morning).

The room was big and the staff were very pleasant.
We booked two rooms and were placed on level 1 and level 3. Asked if we could have rooms together was told no. We had been to 5 other hotels during our stay and all could accomodate this request- most just did it as the bookings were under the same name. The level 3 room had little to no natural light. there is no lift, which meant we had to carry lots of bags up stairs. Our room key didn’t work which meant we had to go up and down the stairs twice to get it fixed. The staff are great but the hotel is attached to a pub which does mean you have to wait for them to finish serving at the bar to get an answer to something as a guest. Did not
notice and noise as others have noted just normal noise for London. The hotel is on a main road near a hospital and large police station- so you are going to get noise.

Good sized room, lovely bathroom with huge bath, plentiful hot water with good pressure, great toiletries, thick cotton sheets on large bed. Central location but rooms well sound-proofed. Helpful, friendly staff. Very cool, opulent pub downstairs.

Bedrooms nicely decorated and good location for Hammersmith Apollo
No restaurant or bar facilities available due to redecoration which we were only told about the afternoon prior to arrival. TV not working in one room, radio not working, telephone not working. Due to redecoration outside like a bombsite and on return from concert very, very strong smell of paint in corridors and in bedrooms.

Staff location room brilliant
On night of stay they were emptying bar restaurant area as was closing for refurbishment on morning of 11th while we were their. Breakfast was had in room at tea /vanity desk ,not good as not set up for it . No food Breakfast etc to be had that morning in restaurant. Place smelt of paint fumes on arrival with scaffolding around building so no view from windows .no communication of any of this so very annoyed and not happy as planned to have meal on evening before event and breakfast n lunch next day .
