The hotel spa is in a very good location with undergroud car park onsite.
We did not explore the hotel because we checked in late and had to leave early. We will definitely go back then we will be able to give an honest review.

The price was very competitive compared to other options nearby. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The presence of an in-house restaurant was very convenient, particularly with the choice between a varied breakfast buffet and an à la carte menu.
If I had to choose a dislike, it would be the distance from downtown London. However, accommodations closer to downtown London were extremely expensive, offering rooms only one-third the size of those at the Rafayel Hotel & Spa.

Clean.
The reception staff were not very friendly at all.
I also explicitly asked for an oat milk latte due to being allergic to dairy and they still
Sent up a normal latte which led to me having to use my EpiPen.
The floor I was on was extremely loud with some sort of party sharing on the Saturday night.
The gym is very outdated and the pool was not warm. Hot tub was also lukewarm warm and sauna may as well have been room temp
