The hotel’s location is really nice especially for tourists. It’s a beautiful property with nice staff.
The room service wasn’t always on time and we’d have to go all the way to the reception to request for them sometimes.

The location was really useful being so close to multiple underground stations as well as all of the restaurants and facilities at Westfield and the surrounding area. The room was an ideal size for our family of 4 for 2 nights.
The shower looked like it needed some maintenance, but was still perfectly useable.

I like to have a toilet in the ground floor not take the stairs when we need because l cant use The ladder l am older and also l have disabled sure not just me also its useful for other

Stylish hotel , modern apartment and bathroom
Booked an apartment with a twin room as I was traveling with my 12 year old daughter, got the confirmation for that, but when I checked in they mysteriously didn't have any twin rooms,so they gave me a double and told me that they were making the sofa bed up, which in the end they never did. I ended up sleeping on the sofa, luckily it was only for 1 night
