Having stayed previously, albeit a different apartment, I knew what to expect
Perfect location for station, restaurants and some shops. Spotlessly clean and great size.
Only downside is it’s rarely available as often as I’d like, unsurprisingly :)

Great location between central London and Wembley, very clean and tidy with lots of space and excellent amenities
Hard to get the shower to correct temp and work tv. Lovely touch to supply tea and coffee but no milk

Room was clean and tidy. Beds made up and fresh bed linen. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Good basic kitchen appliances, crockery and utensils. Plenty of toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Shower towels also provided. Washing machine and dishwasher also included but didn’t use.
Freezer was completely iced up and had been this way for some time due to the amount of ice. Due to the amount of ice the freezer door could not shut properly which exacerbated the issue. Overnight the freezer leaked and we woke to a large pool of water on the kitchen floor. I used some towels and a mop to try and clean up the mess and reported this by email with accompanying photos.
Some of the decor was a little tired and could do with a lick of paint. Linen storage right outside front door of room wasn’t a great look.

Easy commute to Wembley on overground.
Timely provision of entry codes.
Cafe opposite and pub underneath.
Well stocked kitchen utensils/cutlery for short stay
No advice on parking, messaged for help with no reply.
No hot water for our stay in bathroom or kitchen. This is basic.
