We only stayed for 1 night and it was good.
On arrival we were assigned a room that wasn't ready, flush wasn't working and sink was filling up. On complaining we were quickly assigned a new room which was clean and comfortable.

Location was fine. The staff friendly.
Room was dirty. Carpets had not been hoovered and surfaces not clean. The bathroom was clean but the room itself the worse I’ve seen.
The hotel itself is in dire need of a refurb. Carpets everywhere are badly stained. Paintwork needs refreshing, furniture has holes.
The bar, reception and breakfast areas were clean.
I wouldn’t stay again.
Talked to the reception about the state of the room on leaving and they offered to refund breakfast if we had paid separately but as it was included they could not do anything.
