Breakfast is always excellent with a great selection of food. Staff at Ramada Coventry are superb. Friendly, efficient and helpful.
Staying in a superior room i would have liked a safe and mini fridge in the room. Other hotels do supply these items.
Some softer pillows in the rooms would be a better option rather than all firm ones.
